The conference will feature a keynote address by Tefere Gebre, Executive Vice-President of the AFL-CIO, and sessions about how organized labor in Boston built a unified campaign that elected Marty Walsh of Laborers Local 223 as their city’s mayor, strategies for community engagement, and improving member mobilization.
